Ordering at Coltique is easy and quick.
Add your favorite products to the shopping cart, where you’ll find an overview of all the items you have selected. Then you can choose to continue shopping or process your order. Registration in our website is not mandatory. After checking all the information regarding your order (products, total price, quatity, etc.) you may choose the payment method you prefer and follow the steps to complete it. Once you do it you will receive a confirmation email.

Get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order, so we can cancel it for you before it reaches the warehouse. If your order has already been forwarded to the warehouse, we can no longer cancel it. You can however, return your order to us after you receive the package. Once it reaches us we will send you a confirmation and place a full refund.

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 5 days after the payment.
