Composition

• Protector composed of a top layer in terry knit 75% Cotton/ 25% Polyester with BI-OME® treatment, 110g/m2± 5%, combined with a waterproof and highly breathable 100% Polyester membrane.
• Adjustable with side frill in 100% cotton jersey, suits all types of mattresses, considering the following specifications:
  50×83 – mattresses with up to 15cm of height
  60×120 and 70×140 – mattresses with up to 18cm of height
  Other sizes – mattresses with up to 27cm of height
• Total Weight: 140g/m2 ± 5%
• The knits and fabircs are certified with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class 1.

BI-OME® Treatment

This knitting used in this laminated complex is treated with BI-OME® that is a permanent, non-harmful odor control technology which guarantees an optimal freshness and hygiene for all kinds of textiles, from socks & underwear to mattresses & pillows and even carpets & curtains.

BI-OME® works in three steps:

1. First, the microorganisms are attracted by the fabric coating.
2. Once in contact with the coating, the cell membrane is punctured.
3. This deactivates the microorganism, preventing growth and proliferation

The 100% Polyester membrane, highly breathable and applied to the underside of the shield, is breathable, but doesn’t allow liquids flow and doesn’t cause disturbing noises with movement, promoting high comfort during sleep.
