All orders will be shipped within 5 business day after payment confirmation.

The shipping cost will be added to the total amount of your order.

Return for withdrawl

The customer may, if not satisfied with the products supplied, return them within 14 days after receiving the package. However, the right to return only occurs when proving that the products:

– Have not been used.

– Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (packages opened carefully will not be considered damaged).

– Have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag.

Exchange or return procedure

To exchange one item for another, change the size of an item or make a return, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Fill out the return form

– Please fill in the form.

Step 2: Place the article and form in the box

– Place the article and the completed form in a package. If possible, also attach a copy of the invoice. You can use the original packaging where you received the order or another cardboard box, if it’s not damaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and place only the item you want to return. Close the box and seal it with tape.

Step 3: Submit the article

– Send the article to the following address (the cost of this delivery will be borne by the customer):

– After receiving and analyzing the product, we will return the amount by bank transfer.
