The items displayed on this website are available for delivery worldwide, without prejudice to possible restrictions or embargoes that may occur at any given time for certain regions, which will be verified, case by case, in each order.
5. Online Store
To make a purchase in our online store you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on “Place Order” and before that you must read and accept these Purchase Conditions. By doing so, you’re entering into a sales contract with us (“Agreement”). You will subsequently receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). You will also receive an email in which we will confirm that the order has been shipped (“Shipping Confirmation”).
5.1 Register or purchase as a guest
This website allows purchase through the guest purchase functionality. In this purchase mode, only the essential data is requested to be able to place your order. Once the purchase process is complete you will be offered the option of registering as a user or continuing as an unregistered user.
If you wish to register as a user in our online store you will be asked for the data necessary for your registration, thus being able to access the website with the same data.

5.3 Products description
All items displayed in our online store are described in the most rigorous and exhaustive way possible.

It should be noted that the type of computer used, the color settings, internet browser or others, may cause changes in the colors shown in the photographs on the website, which may therefore differ from the actual colors. In such a situation, NEVES & COMPANHIA LDA declines any responsibility for such differences.
5.4 Delivery
Without prejudice to the provisions regarding the availability of the products, and unless extraordinary circumstances occur, we will try to send the order for the products mentioned in each «Order Confirmation» within a maximum period of 2 to 3 working days from the date of the «Confirmation of Order Delivery” for orders placed with delivery request anywhere on the mainland and within a maximum period of 5 to 7 working days from the date of the “Shipment Confirmation” for orders placed with delivery request on the Islands or in any country of the Union European.
For orders whose delivery location is in any other geography or continent, the maximum period for delivery of the order will be informed, on a case-by-case basis, at the time of the «Shipment Confirmation». If you have any queries send us an email to shop@coltique.pt.
The customer can monitor the status of the shipment through the platform of the carrier responsible for delivering the order. With the «Shipping confirmation», a link will be available to the customer, allowing the tracking of the order.
From here, you can follow the entire process until delivery at the address previously indicated by the customer.
5.5 Shippings inside Portugal
The day before shipment, the Customer will receive a text message informing the day and time window for the delivery of the package.
If, for any reason, the package is not delivered to the Customer (eg. absence), a notice of attempted delivery will be left, and the Customer will be able to collect the package from the following day at the CTT Post closest to their Residence.
5.6 Transfer of risks and ownership of products
The risk (of damage, loss, theft or any other) of the products will be borne by the customer, from the moment of their delivery. Without prejudice to the fulfillment of the terms for free termination of the contract by the consumer, the customer will acquire ownership of the products when, cumulatively, (i) we receive full payment of the amounts due in relation to them, including shipping costs and (ii) the customer has already received our email with the «Shipment confirmation».
5.7 Price and payment
The price of each product will be the one stipulated at any time on our website (https://coltique.pt), except in the case of an obvious error. Although we try to ensure that all prices shown on the page are correct, errors can occur. If we detect an error in the price of any of the products that the customer has ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order with the correct price or to cancel it. If we’re unable to contact the customer, the order will be canceled, and the amount paid will be refunded in full.
We aren’t obliged to supply you with any product at an underpriced or incorrect price (even if we’ve sent you the «Dispatch Confirmation»), if the error in the price is obvious and unequivocal, and if it could have been recognized by the customer, reasonably, as being an incorrect price.
The prices shown at https://coltique.pt include VAT but don’t include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount of each purchase. If the goods are to be delivered in a region that doesn’t belong to the European Union they may be subject to the payment of Customs Fees in accordance with the legislation in force in the country of destination, this payment being the sole responsibility of the customer. The costs of a possible return of the order to NEVES & COMPANHIA LDA, based on the non-payment of such Fees by the customer, will also be borne by the customer. You can pay via PayPal, Multibanco (ATM), MBWay or PayShop.
For Portugal, shipping is free for orders over 100€. All orders over this amount will also be given a 20% discount voucher to be discounted on the next order.
In any case, the purchase process will only be considered completed when we obtain confirmation of payment by any of the methods mentioned here.
5.8 Right of free resolution, returns and refunds
If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with the products purchased, you have the option of end the contract without the need for justification, within a period of 14 days counting from the date of receipt of the order, being refunded the amount paid.
However, the costs related to the transport of returning the order will always be the responsibility of the customer. To make the return, you must replace the purchased product, unused, with the original labels, in the original packaging, which you must keep for the established period of 14 days after delivery of the product.
The exercise of the right to free resolution of the contract and, consequently, to the return of the purchased products, won’t take place if it’s verified that the product has been used, damaged, doesn’t have any of its original components, or, even, if it’s a product that has been customized. Thus, NEVES & COMPANHIA LDA reserves the right to refuse the return of products that are in these conditions.
To exercise the right to end the contract, the customer must communicate this intention to NEVES & COMPANHIA LDA up to the 14th day after the receipt of the product at the delivery address, through the contract resolution form provided with the «Order Confirmation» email, and its subsequent sending to the email shop@coltique.pt.
After receiving the contract resolution request, NEVES & COMPANHIA LDA will confirm the resolution to the customer by email within a maximum period of 72 hours where it will inform all the procedures to be followed by the customer, and the goods must be returned in the indicated manner, within the legal deadline for this purpose.
Failure to comply with the procedures, conditions and deadlines for the return will result in the loss of the right to withdrawal, which will depend on the agreement of NEVES & COMPANHIA LDA.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt by NEVES & COMPANHIA LDA of the returned items and respective quality control. The value of orders paid through Paypal will be refunded to the original account.
The refund of the amount of orders paid through the other methods will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer in the resolution form.
